We seek the following in our FRANCHISEES.

1. A person of high professional and business integrity.
2. A willingness to personally devote full time and best efforts to the day-to-day operation of the restaurant as an on-premises franchisee (owner/operator).
3. An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to succeed.
4. The ability to meet the financial requirements

Franchise Cost

The cost of a franchise varies – actual costs are only determined when an individual franchise is offered to an applicant.

The size of the restaurant, location, pre-opening expenses, inventory, selection of equipment, signage, seating and style of decor and landscaping will affect cost.

I understand that the submission of any information in this process does not in any way guarantee my acceptance as a Franchisee.

I accept that any responses submitted through this process will form an integral part of the assessment of my application and that I will be bound by such responses.

I Agree to pay an Upfront Commitment Fee of R25 000 to the Franchisor on date of Application submission. This amount will be deducted from Store Setup Cost should you be successful in your application and the opening of a Café Kremino outlet. This amount is refundable minus direct costs incurred by Café Kremino in assessing the site location.
